Currently one of the most in-demand saxophonists of his generation, Danny Janklow is an internationally recognized sensation. Primarily a touring and recording artist, his music has been described by Downbeat Magazine as “beautifully articulated with lyrical sensibility.” Janklow’s emotionally driven original compositions and passionately energetic performances have uplifted the spirits of thousands of audiences worldwide.

Janklow incorporates multi-media focusing on in-studio producing, composing, and arranging recorded content, hosting podcasts, live-streams, performing festivals & concert tours, as well as staying committed to his mission of propelling youth education. He regularly collaborates with A-list producers Terrace Martin and Larry Goldings and has been featured on tour with sensational artists such as Gregory Porter, Wallace Roney and Harvey Mason Sr. In early 2021, Danny celebrated a Grammy win for his integral part on “Monk’estra plays John Beasley” and was the featured soloist on an east coast tour with Quincy Jones artist Sheléa.

Danny has enjoyed sharing the stage and recording with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Johnny Mandel and Herbie Hancock.

As a bandleader, Janklow has released two critically acclaimed recording projects with his Elevation Band. His first album ‘Elevation” (LP 2017) received rave reviews by the L.A. Times, Downbeat magazine and more.

This year, Danny releases his new single, Rising Tide as well as a Special Edition Vinyl of his release “Worlds Collide” (EP 2019). Also coming soon, he will release his highly anticipated debut live album recorded at Blue Whale in February 2020.
